- Manage Channel Partners and Field Sales Executives
- Stregthen reach by increasing Recharge and SIM outlets
- Ensure Product availability with Distributors and Retailers
- Drive return of Interest of Distributors and Retailers
- Ensure manpower at Distribution points for desired Productivity
- Train Manpower at Distribution points for desired productivity
- Propose requirements for push for better visibility In the territory
- Gather and monitor competition plans, initiatives , policies and best Practices
