Job Description

1.Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.

2.Attending Customers, Presenting the Project Specifications and addressing their queries.

3.Interact with clients to determine business requirements

4. Maintain potential customer data bank and keep in touch with the customers periodically

5. Maintain good relationship with customer and promote the product uniqueness.

6. Facilitate the cab for them to visit the site and let them know if they have arrived.

7. Sharing the details of how many site visits we have made with the project and how many customers we have known about the project since morning.

8. I will save the details of daily leads, follow up and share how many calls I have made, and follow the daily report.
