- Provides Structured and timely feedback of the audits Verbal/Written to all the stakeholders within the organization and helps ISM's in improving their performance.
- Performs Mock -Calls with new hires post-training to determine readiness for moving into teams.
- Quality Analyst is responsible for facilitating calibration/group sessions regarding quality programs
- Need the ability to work in a constructive, unbiased, and collaborative manner by establishing positive work relationships & partnering with the Leadership team & Training Team.
- This Position requires the ability to gain the confidence and trust of others by demonstrating professionalism and expertise in an ever-changing environment.
