Roles and Responsibilities

Strong Engineering Basics, Good at Result Interpretation and Report Writing.

Should be able to understand the requirements and work under minimal supervision.

Strong in fundamentals of Engineering and FEA.

Knowledge of ANSYS, ABAQUS is must

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Minimum M. Tech/ M.E in Mechanical/ Aeronautical Engineering with at least two years of work experience in the field of Fracture Mechanics.

2. Minimum B. Tech/ B.E in Mechanical/ Aeronautical Engineering with at least one year of work experience in the field of Fracture Mechanics.

3. Experience in generating Finite Element models and crack modelling techniques using CAE tools like AutoCAD, UG NX, Meshing tool- Hypermesh.

4. Expertise in the usage of software supplied by the vendor along with the solvers ANSYS & ABAQUS.

Should be able to assess Fatigue Crack Propagation life, Stress Intensity Factors for different load cases for the given crack orientations and size.
