Responsibilities

• Responsible for routine and complex orders of goods, services and equipment utilizing purchase orders and eProcurement applications.
• As commodity expert, the candidate will interact with customers and suppliers for products and services requirements throughout the procure to pay life cycle process.
• The candidate will maintain and facilitate effective partnerships within the lines of business and is a focal point in communication with the suppliers customer service team to ensure order compliance in meeting contractual SLA s.
• Responds to customer questions and resolves problems meeting departmental SLA measurements.
• Is a subject matter expert for commodity and process within implementation projects, tracking of supplier performance including reporting, monitoring of inventory levels, trend analysis and mid to complex problem resolution.
• Identifying improvements in tools and processes in order to streamline and automate existing processes.

Essential Qualifications:

• University degree in Business or related discipline (15+years of Professional Education).
• Ability to demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and adherence to strict deadlines in a fast paced environment
• Ability to effectively multi-task and successfully work on several Third Party Service projects at the same time.
• Proficiency in understanding of banking systems and software’s.
• Strong in analysis, decision-making and problem solving skill.
• High Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge in supply chain management.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Fluency in English
