Responsibilities

• Execution Excellence
  • You will collect and evaluate performance metrics, implement controls and run rhythm of business (ROB) to minimise risk exposure and measure business impact across Microsoft and outsourced teams.
  • You will understand how processes & systems work together, and collaborate with other teams to ensure processes are rigorous, executed efficiently and compliantly, and that problems are resolved.

• Evaluation, Improvement & Planning
  • You will run regular cross-functional rhythms to accelerate learning, identify opportunities to improve and scale, and share best practices.
  • You will apply your understanding of the Statutory eInvoicing strategy, roadmap and business goals to plan for change and influence others to adapt behavior accordingly.
  • You will drive clarity in issues, collaborating with others to identify and assess solutions to root cause problems and striving for simplification.
  • You will use data insights to identify and understand current and future risks and signals, and influence short and long term mitigation plans.

• Communication & Leadership
  • You will be comfortable with ambiguity and change, bringing clarity and evangelizing to help others understand, adapt and gain buy in.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND demonstrated work experience in program management, process management, operations management

• • OR equivalent experience.
• A record of optimizing operations within a complex, multi-national environment
• Demonstrated experience of working in a highly ambiguous environment
• Demonstrated experience of working between business and engineering teams, with an ability to translate / clearly articulate information to each audience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience / knowledge in statutory eInvoicing and/or billing operations
