Purpose :-
To drive key Sales Force Excellence metrics and business performance in assigned cluster of India Business. Creating an impact on the cluster topline through rigour and process driven approach by leveraging available SFE tools.
Provide necessary support in order to increase the adoption of SFE tools by our Field Force.
To provide a supporting role on improving the operating capabilities of the RSM/ASM layer. Supporting line managers to conduct effective team reviews and deliver consistent performance.
To gather inputs through field work, data analytics to bring new ideas/thought processes for DH/VHs
Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive sales process in assigned business cluster / divisions.
Provide MIS report to DH/VHs IN ORDER TO drive performance with agreed parameters of work flow.
Collection and analysis of data through Unnati and ASTRA.
Accountable for oversight of SFE support for all verticals.
- Change Management & Process improvements
Participation in change management for business enabling projects like Project Vijay as a central lead to the assigned tools.
Cascading of newer tools to field and continuous support to improve adoption by training / field work / regular insight sharing with field managers.
Drive ASTRA sales excellence processes for faster insights generation and best practice sharing across all divisions of the cluster
Close working with ITBPE/MSTR team for ASTRA enhancements. Requirement gathering from business and rigorous UAT testing along with DE team to establish sanity of process data.
- Support the Decision Making at cluster level
Keep the field leaders updated on process adherence by sending weekly / fortnightly updates
Attending review meetings in order to improve team's process matrix and overall product performance through effective use of ASTRA as enabler.
Assist PMT in identification of market potential & measuring the performance. Drive optimal PDEs and brand campaigns on field.
Close working with CH / DH to conduct RCA and problem solve.
- Enable the Sales Team on continuous basis
Prepare/Update training manuals and train new- joiners (PSRs, ASMs and RSMs) on ASTRA/Unnati process in order to ensure they inculcate habits of process adherence using Technology in driving business.
Conduct SFE training sessions for field and marketing team on monthly basis.
- Insights for business through ASTRA process and Field Work
Develop analytical framework through field work.
Leverage process data to draw insights.
Provide supporting role on improving the operating capabilities of the RSM layer.
- Collaboration with CFTs
Collaborate with teams like HR, IT, Training and GSA team on Identified process improvements to enhance productivity for field
Operating Network:
Internal: Vertical/division heads, marketing head and product managers, field managers and frontline, cross functional teams such as HR, Finance, and Strategy.
External: Consulting companies and vendors on project basis.
Educational & Experience:
- Graduate from top tier college/MBA with 2-3 years’ work experience in analytics
- Good analytical & problem solving skills
- Good hands-on experience in Excel writing formulas, linking workbooks, macros & VBA. Standard report creation on Excel, Tableau, R.
- Pharma domain knowledge preferred
- Working knowledge of standard analytics tools necessary
