What you’ll achieve:

You will be part of Global Pricing Transformation team of Dell Technologies, providing support to sales ad finance users globally. You will support the pricing applications and be responsible in driving our growth. The role offers a great opportunity to leverage ones Business & IT knowledge and delight the users.

You will:

  • As part of business support operations, provide support to users (global sales and finance organization) on issues / queries related to Pricing applications
  • Engage business & IT teams as necessary to investigate the issue reported and to resolve. Document the progress during the resolution process. Own and drive critical business issues to closure.
  • Track and manage Incident ageing on a regular basis, so that the resolution time remains within agreed target
  • Engage business & IT teams to carry out RCA and document the same. Identify unique / complex issues and document them as part of Knowledge Base.
  • Report incident management & performance KPI’s at agreed intervals. & Identify issue trends and carry out corrective measures.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

Essential Requirements:

  • Providing business / IT support to users globally and experience of doing so across different shifts. Experience of driving Major Incident Management (MIM) would be an added advantage.
  • Experience of carrying out RCA, Knowledge management and Reporting
  • Good understanding of service delivery processes.
  • Graduate with 1-2 years of Work experience


Desirable Requirements:

  • Awareness of tools used for proactive monitoring of system resources.
  • Good knowledge of IT systems design including overall architecture, interfaces (API, service oriented, etc), messaging (MQ), database (SQL) and underlying infrastructure
  • Coding, debugging and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience of providing application or infrastructure technical support would be an added advantage
