What you’ll achieve
Within the Global CSG Transformation and Standardization organization, we are looking for a Consultant to join our team based in APJC. The successful candidate will work with a diverse regional team of process lead subject matter experts (SME) and senior project managers, supporting the regional operational technical support teams within CSG to cover Basic, Premium and Client ProSupport, as well as, working closely with cross-functional teams across all of Dell Technologies Services.
You will:
APJC Business Advocate is responsible to support & lead all business excellence, continuity programs through regional operations teams.
Working closely with business leaders and CSG Ops Excellence and GTS cohorts.
Owns, develops sustenance and performance excellence initiatives. Sustaining and performance excellence initiatives (Dispatch related). Regional cross Functional engagement to Field / Depot / Part Teams. Regional/country specific support (needs-based, Japan focus).
Regional OCB, OTS support.
The business advocates is a key role in the future forward GTS design to play critical role to run RTB and BMS governance, Regional AOP planning & tracking and Design and own regional excellence plans

Essential Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a minimum 10 years’ experience in customer service or IT industry experience.
Strong customer focus, drive for results and ability to develop stakeholder relationships
Strong leadership experience, able to support and develop team members with the ability to influence others, including executive leaders
Strong presentation skills ability with experience presenting to senior and executive leadership
Self-drive, ability to work with ambiguity and set strategic direction (short/medium/long term)
Analytical and experienced in leveraging data and metrics to find the root causes and set the directions for improvement
Strong project management background with proven ability to lead cross functional initiatives, and drive for exceptional results.
Fluent English mandatory,Chinese or Japanese is plus
Desirable Requirements
Experienced in project management office (PMO) practices
Internal candidates with knowledge about APJ and Commercial busines
