Job Responsibilities:
Business Development Head Self-motivated result-oriented & creative thinking individual • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills combined with a strong technical acumen. • Understanding of telecom domain (end to end) and players in the ecosystem. • Good deductive skills - studying business data reports, gathering information, evaluating output requirements and format
• Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships.
• Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners.
• Discovers and explores business opportunities.
• Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials.
• Evaluates options and resolves internal priorities.
• Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations
• Examines risks and potentials for the business opportunities
• Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations
• Protects organizations value by keeping information confidential
• Enhances organizations reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests
• Client Management and Team Management
• Tracking individual contributors role and their accomplishments
• Revenue managed a minimum of up to 5cr annually
Essential and Preferred Skills and Experience
• Previous sales & Business development experience of 4 to 9 years
• Impressive track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• A sales leader with a driven focus on growth.
• Proven track record of developing successful business development strategy.
• Passion for the talent solutions industry and deep understanding of recruitment industry
• Demonstrate integrity and respect whilst performing at a senior level.
• Outstanding understanding of the industry and the market.
• Strong communicator with a proven experience of building strong relationships across organisations.
