Business Development Manager

We are looking energetic and self driven individuals with 1-5 years of experience in International sales, aspirants who wish to learn and excel in sales in the IT industry.

Job Responsibilities:

• Will be responsible for business development and should have good knowledge about IT Services.
• Responsible for selling Websites, mobile Apps and Digital Marketing services in US and Canadian market.
• Responsible for closure of leads, follow ups, scheduling meetings and presentations.
• Should have good selling attitude, result oriented and able to work independently.
• Build relationships with prospective clients and manage sales pipeline.
• Analyse market and establish competitive advantages.
• Track metrics to ensure targets are hit.
• Coordinate with the tech team that timely client deliverables are released.
• Cross-sell other services to the existing clients.
• Get feedback from the clients and pass on the messages to tech head to improve the services quality.
• Ask for references from the client to grow referral leads.

Candidate Profile :

• Comfortable in making cold calls to US Canadian clients
• Excellent communication skills to connect and interact.
• Knowledge of sales from initial stage to closure
• To work independently or as an active member of team
• Bachelor's Degree
• Strong communication and IT fluency
• International market exposure is must.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
• Have to work on sales and follow up.
• Following up on leads and with prospects and meeting sales target.
