- Research,track,maintain and update leads.
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through outbound calls.
- Efficient and effective lead utilization with consistent follow-ups, low Turnaround time (TAT), and increased connectivity with multiple attempts.
- Research and maintain a lead generation database.
- Provide accurate and timely information to management.
- Build relationships with prospective clients & Maintain consistent contact with existing clients.
- Comfortable making calls and talking to maximum numbers of customers per day.
- Willingness to be measured by weekly and monthly metrics.
- Develop a strong knowledge of the company product and services in order to facilitate the process.
- Maintaining a detailed database of all the interactions.

Qualifications-
- More than 2 years of work experience in business development or similar background.
- Excellent communication skills and being capable of product selling and understanding business.
- Experience in customer service and relationship building are highly desirable.
