Roles and Responsibilities
- B2B sales, pre-sales, customer success and account expansion
- Revenue Target Achievement
- Lead a team of client sales and inside sales people to revenue goal
- Enhancing wallet share and increasing market share
- Should have expertise in developing rich cross functional relationships
- Possess keen business acumen in analyzing and understanding business requirements and customer value maximization
- Should be competent to create a win-win relationship with corporate client through excellent coordination/negotiation skills for repeat/referral business.
- Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
- Meeting with managers in the organization to plan strategically.
- Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
- Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.
- Knowing your competition and strategizing accordingly.
