Defining the strategies for tenders and build tender capabilities in Emerging Markets to enable further growth.
Accountabilities
- Responsible for tender management activities for EM and EU.
- Delivery of tender revenue in the financial year as per targets and enable organization growth
- Building tender market capability in terms
- Information: Coordination with countries and external partners to be able draw out tender heat -map
- Competitiveness: Ensure cost competitiveness for tenders; program managing cost reduction projects for key molecules
- Preparedness: Ensure ready availability of all tender pre-reqs. including legal, stat and regulatory
- Capability: Product catalogues and dossier availability and readiness for key tenders
- Pre and post tender management activities.
- Managing governance of Tender CRM tool.
- Support portfolio development of Key products which can be offered across multiple markets.
Education Qualification
Graduate in any field (pharma preferred) with MBA
Relevant Work Experience
Graduate with atleast 4 years of exp
Masters degree with atleast 2 years of exp
