• Conducted requirements elicitation through workshop, open ended discussions, brainstorm to understand domain, customer requirements.
• Gathering requirement, analysing, and documenting functional specification documents, getting functionally and financial approved from client.
• Perform various tools and technique on requirement management.
• Timely delivery of the Scope doc, functional requirement spec, Process workflows, Use cases, Traceability Matrix and Defect trackers.
• Involved in design and review of test cases and assisted development team.
• liaison between business and technical community
• Review the test cases and test estimation
• Mentor the junior test members
