Responsibilities
- Continues to build and leverage network across organizations to enable their team and leader's work.
- Provide leadership within the discipline and participates in the Business Support community.
- Collaborates with Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) to facilitate internal and external recruitment efforts, onboarding logistics, PCN management and partners with hiring managers to ensure a smooth process.
- Facilitates team experience activities, owns the coordination, onsite support, logistics, and direction for events.
- Leads by example and serves as a role model to Business Support colleagues by maintaining a positive attitude, demonstrating executive presence, influencing others, and encouraging self-reflection during challenging situations.
- Balances multiple projects end to end with varying deadlines, while maintaining executional and operational excellence within the business and across business groups as applicable.
- Participates in discretionary budget tracking and reporting.
- Understands and helps to implement rhythm of business (ROB) in line with recognized patterns, and proactively takes action on business cadence.
- Maintains and manages up-to-date space-management processes and team spaces. Manages travel arrangements for manager(s) and/or group.
- Ability to work on Data compilation, analysing data, surveys, preparing slides for senior management etc.
- Work with senior management and Real Estate team for short & long term facility needs of the organization across the country.
- Build a network with employees to get their pulse on various issues being faced by the organization.
- Responsible for procurement and disbursement, shipping per policy, SAW device coordination, managing and tracking all physical assets in the team.
Qualifications
Basic qualification
9+ years’ experience in business support, HR services, travel, facilities & asset management, recruitment & onboarding.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources [HR], Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Sociology)
- Resiliency, independence, and ability to navigate through ambiguous challenges.
- Strong written skills and ability to be effective in communications based on relevant audiences internally and externally.
- Ability to create effective relationships, influence, and collaborate internally and externally at all organizational levels.
- Detail-oriented with analytical problem-solving skills.
- Good business acumen & curiosity, including skill in understanding the industry, competition, and growth opportunities.
