KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan & implement brand building initiatives tailored to meet the challenges of specific markets
- Execute fully integrated ATL marketing plans to increase yield & drive subscriber growth
- Forge and maintain strategic alliances with key affiliates
- Liaise with Network Marketing team in driving brand communication and PR for all brand initiatives
- Plan & execute activations to drive English & HD pack penetration
- Aid in trade activation activities & marketing solutions for business growth
PERFORMANCE MEASURES
- Achievement of the assigned targets for consumer marketing metrics
- Incremental revenue yield per customer
- Channel consumer reach & availability
- Growth in subscriber acquisition
QUALIFICATION
- MBA/ PG from Tier I institute, with min 3 years of experience
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- 3+ years of experience in strategic brand management & Product Line Management
- Excellent understanding of brand communication development and strong project management skills
- Ability to draft creative briefs and prepare comprehensive marketing propositions
- Thorough knowledge & understanding of qualitative & quantitative research techniques
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
- Excellent networking and collaboration skills with internal as well as external stakeholders
- Agility to thrive in a high-flux environment
- Ability to manage multiple scenarios and adhere to tight deadlines
- Robust analytical acumen & excellent with data analysis
