The Karnataka Postal Circle of Indian Post has published a notification for recruitment to 2443 posts of Branch Post Masters, Assistant Branch Post Masters and Dak Sevaks. All these posts are temporary in nature and selected candidates will receive monthly Rs. 10,000/- to Rs. 12,000/- as salary. No recruitment exam for selecting candidates will be candidates and selection will be made through a merit list which will be prepared based on Metric / 10th Class Marks. 10th Pass / 12th Pass or Any Bachelor’s Degree i.e. B.A / B.Sc / B.Com / B.B.A / B.C.A Or Equivalent Academic Degree Holder candidates can apply online for this recruitment.

Job Type: Temporary.

Salary / Pay Scale: Monthly Rs. 10,000/- to Rs. 12,000/- for Assistant Branch Post Masters / Dak Sevaks and Rs. 12,000/- to Rs. 14,500/- for Branch Post Masters will be payable.

Educational Qualification: 10th Pass or Any Bachelor’s Degree Holders i.e. B.A. / B.Sc / B.Com / BCA / BBA or Equivalent Academic Degree Holders can apply. However, selection of candidates will be through merit list which will be prepared based on 10th Class Marks Only. No weightage will be given to higher qualifications.

Experience (If Any): Freshers can apply.

Age Limit: 18 and 40 years. Relaxation in the upper age limit will be 5 years for SC / ST and 3 years for OBC Category candidates.

Selection Process: Merit based as described above.

Application Fees: Rs. 100/-. However, all female / trans-woman candidates, all SC/ST candidates and all PwD candidates are exempted
