Roles and Responsibilities

We are looking to hire an experienced Branch manager to oversee our companys lending process. As a Branch manager, you will be responsible for evaluating the creditworthiness of potential customers, creating credit scoring models, approving and rejecting loans, negotiating payment terms, and updating the companys credit policy.

• Manage the entire credit application process, right from login to disbursement
• Manage quality of the portfolio
• Manage post disbursement documents and partly disbursed cases
• Coordinate with legal, technical, FI, and Risk Containment Unit agency for processing the file/docket
• Training
• Responsible for TAT of delivering sanction letter and disbursement
• . Evaluating the creditworthiness of potential customers.
• Creating credit scoring models for risk assessments

Desired Candidate Profile

To ensure success as a Branch manager, you should have extensive experience with credit analysis, proficiency with accounting software, and high-level analytical skills.

• Bachelors degree in accounting, business administration, finance, or a similar field.
• Proven work experience as a credit manager.
• Advanced knowledge of accounting software.
• Good understanding of lending procedures.
• Advanced mathematical skills.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Detail orientated.
• Ability to deal with stressful situations
