CIVIL

• Develop BIM models for architectural services from design stage to as-built stage and
  coordinating between all other services.
• Preparation of Architectural BIM Models with various level of detailing.
• Strong knowledge in architectural design and detailed drawings.
• Ability to generate various Architectural layouts, sections, elevations and details Clash

detection and co-ordination using Navisworks

• Ability to create 3D views or renderings.

MECHANICAL

• Develop BIM models for MEP services from design stage to as-built stage and coordinating
• between all other services.
• Preparation of MEP BIM Models with various level of detailing.
• Strong knowledge in design and detailed drawings.
• Ability to generate various Mechanical/Electrical layouts, sections, elevations and details
• Clash detection and co-ordination using Navisworks
• Ability to create 3D views or renderings.
• Involved in designing and 3D Modelling HVAC, using Revit.
• Preparation of Mechanical, HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing (Drainage & water Supply) 3D drawings in Revit.

ELECTRICAL

• BIM Modelling and drawing extraction
• To develop concept ideas into drawing details
• Drawing or detail production from engineering sketches or calculations
• Making sure drawing production follows company standards
• Clash detection, resolution and reporting ensuring a coordinated design
• Reviewing model/drawings to check compliance with design
• Participation in computational workshops and presentations
• Preparation of Electrical services (eg. ELV, LV, Lighting) shop/detail drawings and as built drawings.
• Ensures and maintains quality for finished drawings.
• Preparation of single line diagram and equipment layouts.
• Preparation of layout according to the local and international Standards.
• Preparation of Cable Schedule and Cable tray sizing.
