Description

AppleCare Finance (Billing team) is looking for a highly motivated individual to manage AppleCare billing process. This is a great opportunity that entails the following responsibilities: - Be the billing point of contact for all the AppleCare billing related items- Gather all transactions by billing period & partner account- Compute amount owed by partner based on billing rule unique per partner- Send summary billing amount with individual transactions to AppleCare partners and seek internal/ partners’ approvals to proceed with the billing- Create Invoice documents and send to partner- Review invoices to ensure billing accuracy and reconcile invoices to resolve any discrepancies- Maintain and update billing process documentation

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Information Technology
