The Marketing & Operations team is looking for a strategic leader for Business Applications in the (Area Name) market, covering both Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. As a Business Group Lead, you will manage a team of Go-to Market managers and will be accountable for the business in your market. This includes strategy, planning, execution, and learning. You will drive the local execution to deliver customer and partner success, resulting in revenue, growth, and share outcomes.

This role is flexible in that you can work up to 50%/up to 100% from home.

Responsibilities

• Product Advocacy – You will act as the primary product and technical advocate, evangelizing across products within the Product Manager-owned portfolio across and the business, and lead strategic engagement efforts with key internal and external stakeholders with respect to product(s)/service area(s).
• Business Management – You will develop and execute business strategy and track the efficacy of plans across the business to drive sustainable growth within and beyond the boundaries of the fiscal year.
• Go-to-Market Strategy, Planning, and Delivery – You will define and orchestrate strategy GTM plans across the business and work collaboratively with internal partners to establish a rhythm of business that enables ongoing measurement of KPIs against revenue and scorecard targets.
• Field Enablement – You will ensure that Leads and field communities have the leadership and enablement needed to run the business locally and serve as the primary orchestrator between field and corporate to ensure that leadership teams are aligned on key business results and actions to take.
• Business Development – You will drive area/subsidiary leadership through revealing and pursuing long-range white-space growth opportunities and investment plans and cross-reference opportunities within the market with the area/subsidiaries capabilities in order to develop strategies that maximize performance across the business.
• Demand Planning (Hardware) – You will leverage regional competitive knowledge to develop business cases and land services with customers while driving a pipeline of feedback from sales to the supply chain.
• Capacity Management (Cloud) – You will proactively drive capacity forecasting in partnership with key stakeholders to drive pipeline and sales enablement.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications :
• 8+ years marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical pre-sales, or related work experience.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications :
• 12+ years marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical pre-sales, or related work experience AND Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field; OR equivalent experience.
• 8+ years experience managing and expanding a product/solution portfolio and driving demand generation and pipeline acceleration within a complex (e.g., multinational or matrixed) organization.
• 5+ years people management experience.
