Roles and Responsibilities
- 1-3 years of Proven experience in Bench sales in the US IT staffing and consulting Industry, Well versed with marketing OPT/CPT consultants.
- Responsible for marketing IT Bench Consultants especially OPT/CPT candidates with quality vendors preferably Prime /Tier 1 Vendor.
- Should have excellent knowledge understanding on the complete life cycle of the Bench Sales / Bench Marketing.
- Good understanding of IT jobs, Technologies, and Skills.
- Good understanding of Basic Immigration, Well versed with US Tax terms and contractual positions.
- Expert in Job Portal searches likes Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Tech fetches, Indeed, Linked In, etc, mass emailing, and other networking methods.
- Build a relationship, regular interaction, and follow-up with consultants and identifying their needs, and getting them into projects accordingly.
- Should have a good network of Tier 1/ Prime vendors and keep identifying and adding new vendors.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Should be willing to work in US timings.
- Should work independently, highly responsive in completing tasks.
