Bench Sales Recruiter (Jr. level/Mid-level/Sr. level)

No freshers & No Remote.

Night shift (EST Time zone i.e., 6:30 PM to 3:30 PM IST)
Attractive salary with incentives, insurance and PF facility.

Note:
This is an Immediate requirement, the start date is ASAP.
We will be available to discuss opportunities from 7:30 PM IST to 4:30 AM IST Mon- Friday.


Marketing our Bench Consultants (H1 Transfer/OPT/CPT/F1/EAD/ GCs and US CITIZEN).
Developing new contacts with tier 1 vendors / Clients.
Searching Requirements on Job boards and submitting the resume.
Communicating with the consultants daily and update about submission and interviews.
Submitting to their contacts (own Database).
Follow up with the candidate and client in each stage and finally closing the candidate.
Strong experience in US Recruitment Cycle (Contract, Contract to Hire, Permanent) and terminology (Tax Terms, Employment Status, Time Zones, etc).
Proficient in using Job Boards like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, Free Job Sites, etc. to source requirements for Candidates.
Must Create and maintain assignment track sheets as per the company standards.
Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal communication skills.
Must be a self-starter and an enthusiast to mobilize prospective Bench consultants and get them on board through networking & cold calling.
