Roles and Responsibilities
Candidate must have at least 1+ years of proven Bench sales experience in the US IT Staffing market.
Connect with H1B candidates, discuss in detail about the profile, and start marketing.
Responsible for full cycle of Sales and recruitment.
Involved in marketing profiles of H1B, OPT, CPT, E3, TN.
Sole responsibility for marketing IT Bench Consultants (H1B, US Citizen, GC, OPT and CPT) with vendors or Direct Client
Sourcing and screening potential IT requirements for candidates from effective usage of Internal as well as External Systems/Database, Job Portals, Postings and Networking within given time frame
Connect with Vendors(clients), and discuss openings, and submit the profiles through job boards like: Dice, Monster and other job portal.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Very good communication skills (Written & Oral)
- Strong negotiation skills
- strong hands on knowledge in marketing H1B and H1B transfers
- Must be well versed with US Tax terms like W2, Corp2Corp & 1099 etc.
- Must have good experience in cold calling, price negotiation and need to have good convincing and closing skills.
