• Prepare, analyze, highlight and present inventory MIS on Daily, Weekly, Monthly basis to HO inventory Head after downloading or pulling all the required reports from various sources
• Update defined checklists as per defined guidelines and to consolidate required information to share final input to HO for completing incentive working on time to enable on time release of incentives
• Ensure stocks are delivered to customers within timelines through YORYO Reports • Perform audit of store registers, documents at frequent intervals
• To ensure dispatchers upload store inventory registers every day after updating all transactions
• Ensure all the dispatches are happened with proper documents with eway bill where ever required
• Coordinate with the store dispatchers and their supervisors for getting all the required reports and details
• Ensure dispatchers update damage stocks on registers and action taken towards sending to vendors/service providers for repairs/replacement or sending to wholesale location as per HO instructions
• Share store level inventory MIS with the Operations team along with executive and exception summary
• Prepare and present MIS relating to Daily Audits, item accuracy, negative stock, Audit variances, inventory aging, etc.
• Understand and ensure adherence to the inventory related SOPs by the store and Godown dispatchers
• Ensure stock movement between locations is done as per the agreed SOP
• Highlight deviations in inventory related SOPs and SLAs to HO Inventory Head
• Provide support in updating GIT in system as per the agreed SOPs to avoid GIT variances
• Ensure an end to end control on Direct Store Delivery from Vendor and Return To Vendor from Store
• Ensure an end to end control on stock exchange, returns and jumbling and implement corrective actions as recommended by the HO Inventory Head (if the same are exceeding the prescribed limits)
• Provide guidance to the store and Godown dispatchers on the SOPs and SLAs
• Provide required inputs for review and control of all inventory movements between locations
• Work towards improving the inventory accuracy at stores
• Provide support in periodic Inventory Audit, Cash and Process Audit, SOP adherence and finalizing the variances
