Job descriptions:-
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly targets with the help of Sales team.
• Sole creating business opportunity, business expansion & Project Launch.
• Identifying sales opportunities while interacting with customers and set the target for sales team and time commitment for targets.
• Will be completely responsible for converting leads into potential customers & build up long term healthy relationship with them in terms of business transactions.
• Following up regularly with the sales team & clients to achieve sales goals and generating new business from existing customers.
• Preparing product presentations and demonstrating the same to team and clients.
• Will take an active role in educating & training and development of associates.
• Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering and exploring opportunities.
• Ability to close sale deals with the regular follow up after site visits.
• Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings and achieving targets
• Collecting customer feedback and market research.
• Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
