1. Having sound knowledge of RCC and Finishing of buildings with at least 10 yrs. of exp.
2. Understand the sequence of activities. Accordingly preparing the schedule
3. Should be good in understanding architectural as well as structural drawings. Study and assess drawings, plans, specifications and other documents relating to construction projects.
4. Should be good in coordination with internal as well as external stake holders. Collaborate and interact with construction teams, architects, consultants, vendors..
5. Should be capable of taking responsibilities.
6. Should be capable of determining budget, project schedules and scope of work and accordingly deploy resources.
7. Should have sound knowledge of MEP.
8. Take a lead on site and direct the construction team for progress and quality.
9. Manage deliverables on time and within budget.
10. Initiate and ensure timely approval of additional activities to be carried out apart from drawings.
11. Adhere to the best practices, standards and procedures of the company.
