Job Summary:

The Presales position is a client-facing role and required to build meaningful client relationships. Through a combination of product knowledge and client-management skills, the Associate coordinates with the Sales teams to solve specific client needs and works directly with the customers. They lay the groundwork to acquire customers and support clients throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities:

- Achieving clearly defined individual targets - Responsible for handling customer queries

- Resolving customer queries/issues within assigned TAT

- Building and maintaining strategic relationships with customers

- Creating and retaining customer loyalty and preference by establishing rapport with the customer, resolution of customer concerns and facilitating the delivery of services to the customer

- Suggesting additional products and services available to customer

- Putting customers in touch with someone senior should they need it
