This position will be responsible for managing lead flow from Marketing Campaigns, analyzing responses and converting them into business intelligence for Sales team. You will be working on Data Management on CRM system to enable lead assignments & Sales Processes across different Sales Teams for multiple Cvent Offices. This is a fast-paced and timeline-driven role that requires the candidate to have excellent analytical and logical skills; and good process & Stakeholder management skills.
Lead Management Team:
We, Lead Management team, facilitate a business connection between Marketing and Sales in the form of Lead Flow Management. We manage the entire Lead flow coming from Marketing and route it to Sales by ensuring each Lead reaches the right Sales team/Rep in the earliest possible time. We provide Lead related information to Sales in a structured format while ensuring data quality. We work on Salesforce.com CRM and leverage different tools and technologies such as Informatica and SQL. We also help streamline Lead flow management processes between Sales and Marketing which contributes towards improving business processes and efficiency.
Customers:
Cvent has over 150,000 users spread across 100+ countries. Nearly 70% of our revenue comes from corporate customers, the rest from associations, non-profits and universities. Representative customers include Marriott, Hyatt, KPMG, the World Bank, Rolls Royce, American Marketing Association, Wal-Mart, Mobil, Yahoo, Harvard University, United Way, BMW, and Siemens.
Work Hours: 12:PM to 9:00 PM (Day Shift)
Position Duties:
- Managing lead flow; analysis of Campaign responses and converting them into effective Sales intelligence
- Ensuring process deliverables and quality
- Coordinating with Sales and Marketing stakeholders to fix any gaps/issues in the Lead flow processes
- Work on multiple requests from Sales & Marketing
- Managing and implementing changes in Lead flow processes across various systems. Coordinating with multiple stakeholders across different teams to facilitate implementation of these changes
Candidate Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of Data Management experience in CRM (preferably Salesforce.com)
- In-depth knowledge of MS-Excel
- Excellent analytical and logical skills
- Good Sales/Marketing process knowledge
- Attention to detail, deadline focus and ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks
- Bachelors degree preferably from a reputed college
- Good Academic scores
- Good communication skills (English written and spoken)
