As a member of Amazon's Employee Services team, the Associate - HR Mandatory Docs will provide ongoing support, be a central point for issue resolution through an electronic remedy process & manage the day-to-day administration for Mandatory Document compliance.
The ideal person will be organized, work effectively with internal and external contacts, have the ability to process large volumes of transactions, understand complex policies and apply them to employee situations. The successful candidate will have good communication and organizational skills, superior attention to detail and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Person must also possess good analytical and critical thinking skills, along with the customer service focus that the world associates with and expects from Amazon.

  • 0-1 years of Human Resources experience
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and iCIMS preffered
  • MS Office experience and ability to use MS Excel for reporting

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 0-1 years of data entry experience with minimum 1 years of relevant experience
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Knows how to escalate
  • Comfortable and able to provide feedback regarding the role and work volume
  • Aptitude for working independently with excellent problem solving skills
  • Strong Ownership, Bias for Action, Deliver Results, Insist on the Highest Standards
  • MS Office experience required - Experience working with Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with Peopleportal preferred
  • Bachelors Degree required
