Legal, Consumer Healthcare Division, Production and Project Manager roles.

Experience of working on HR Software’s like Success
Factors and Corner Stone on Demand (CSOD) for raising manpower requisitions.

Interacting with stakeholders from various functions
to get detailed understanding of the open requirements.
·
Catering to business needs by extensive use of job
portals like Naukri.com, LinkedIn and employee referrals.
·
Positions Handled: Mid to Senior level.
·
Maintaining employee database for each function with
necessary details.
·
Scheduling and Co-ordinating Interviews at all levels.
·
Negotiating Salaries with selected candidates within
the stipulated budget set for each function.
·
Co-ordinate with candidates and Vendor for Background
Verification Process.
·
Ensure smooth joining of selected candidates through
constant follow up.
·
Involved in Campus Hiring.
