The role is responsible for the implementation of identity and access service life cycle management, which includes service & technology life cycle management, architecture and innovation in close co-operation with Collaboration Strategy and Service Roadmaps as well as the strategy within Global IT Infrastructure.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Oversees processes and resources delivering identity governance and access services, ensuring the coordination of these teams in overall planning activities, service delivery, and issue resolution.
• Oversees identity governance and access services offered to customers inside and outside of Novartis global IT Infrastructure.
• Supports that all global supporting components of the service, including any associated SLAs, OLAs and UCs are managed as an integrated service. Monitoring and ensuring SLA/OLA are achieved for service and/or portfolio.
• Supports and delivers overall continuous improvement, cost reduction and performance of the services.
• Performs service reviews, qualifications and self assessments to e.g. ensure conformance with service-, quality-, audit, compliance, security and SOX requirements and industry best practices (Inhouse Operations, Third Party Suppliers and external Service Providers).
• Get involved with Operations and/or engineering and/or development activities to ensure timely delivery of objectives. Assists with the planning, (with Architecture, and Governance) to establish the overall services and the services delivery roadmaps.
• Fixing of technical issues and providing and implementing solution. Get involved in Incident, Change and Problem Management.
• IAM service management including external Service provider management.

Minimum requirements
What you’ll bring to the role:
• University working and thinking level, degree in computer science or comparable education / experience with 10+ years of IT experience
• Excellent understanding of Identity and Access Management concepts.
• Operations, Engineering (L3) and development experience with Oracle Identity manager (OIM). Experience in Oracle Access Manager or Oracle Unified Directory is added advantage.
• Other knowledge like Active Directory, Safenet, Azure MFA or Cyberark is preferred.
• Experience in managing Operations of large Oracle Identity manager (OIM) deployments with Service provider.
• Experience with regulatory frameworks, such as SOX, GxP, or similar.
• Proven ability to run multiple projects, initiatives, and deliverables which involves service providers
• To be constantly strive for business excellence and improvement
