Key Responsibilities & Expectations:
- Planning and developing a global wellness strategy, leading multiple initiatives and core processes, including mental health awareness, nutrition, physical activity, etc. and maintaining alignment across geographies
- Work with key client stakeholders for driving Mental health and wellbeing initiatives, focus on increasing resiliency and reducing risks in the Content Moderation space
- Build a deep understanding of the nature of content type within each platform, their specific goals, the nuances by markets, and consistently delivering the best human experience
- Project manage global initiatives on wellness, ensuring that the client is kept up to date, internal stakeholders are aware of ongoing developments and each team member is using a consistent wellness framework
- Focus on driving insights on wellness through strong Innovation, Analytics and Insights discipline
- Leading development related to various benefits and experience on content development as well as employee engagement, in collaboration with external partners
- Manage relationship with third parties providing Onsite certified coaches, counselors and psychologists.
- Drive the Engagement calendar along with the Wellness coordinator for each client/region to ensure new and innovative activities are enabled for the employees
- Continuously improving strategy and program effectiveness through measurement, feedback and insights
- Work with key cross functional stakeholders (HR, Legal, Health & Safety) to ensure collaboration and effectiveness of annual strategy on Wellness
- Maintain relationships with external consultants, industry groups and thought leaders to promote leading practices, internally and externally.
- Managing multiple vendors, ensuring the right mix of innovation, creativity and quality for best value within smart spending guidelines
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Extensive experience in managing wellness for large & diverse Trust & Safety / Content Moderation teams of remotely located professionals
- 10+ years of prior Global Health and Wellness professional experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Human Resources Management or other related fields is preferred
- Technical knowledge of health and insurance and wellness benefits
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills
- Team player with the ability to collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization and build strong relationships within and outside the Total Rewards team
- Previous experience managing a team
- Previous experience managing vendor(s)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with end to end BPO Operations and industry’s best practices
- Ability to meet multiple demanding deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent communication and client management skills, presentation abilities and stakeholder management
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to interface with multiple levels of management
- Proven ability to work independently
- Ability to be flexible and work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
