• Understand, qualify and prioritize business requirements, including measures for success, for new and existing tech through connecting with regional and global stakeholders
• Set and communicate strategic roadmap, and required business cases, based on business priorities
• Assess and address overlap in existing and potential technology to simplify solution offering
• Primary SPOC for iHub process to assess and recommend solutions for incoming business needs
  • Conduct technology gap assessments and identify the best fit solution for fulfilling business needs
  • Conduct research on competing for available products
  • Manage POCs to evaluate new technology against business needs
• Partner closely with IT in the Design, Development, and Testing of any CNX developed solutions with ultimate ownership of the final product
• Manage 3rd party/vendor relationships and contract/pricing negotiations
• Development of a Market strategy for product commercialization
• Deploy and manage standard governance processes such as feedback loops, training, reporting, communications, etc.
• Develop and support implementation and deployment strategy
