• Demonstrate experience in applying contemporary improvement techniques and producing results for a function and/or business unit.
• Assesses current business performance against the business strategy for a specific site and/or function
• Works with multiple teams of business practitioners to synthesize findings, develop improvement recommendations and lead execution of initiatives
• Collaborates with customers and suppliers on improvement projects
• Utilize experience in using company-wide requirements definition and management systems and methodologies required.
• Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Work independently with users to define concepts and under direction of Black belts
• Drive data driven decision making culture within the specific account or function.
• Strong analytical and business skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into intelligence and data analytics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with adverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
• Provide analytics solution, business intelligence, data structures, building dashboards, SQL query and database management.
• Need to be able to do Data mining, Data Curation and Data Readiness for the Tools, power Bi, etc. Knowledge on writing the codes for the algorithms using Python, etc
• Worked on complex modelling using unstructured data to drive the business insights, actionable data for improving the business KPIs/Metrics.
• Ability to drive the Governance on the business insights, outlier management and action planning for daily/weekly improvements.
