Job Description:

Sutherland is seeking an action-oriented and self-motivated person to join us as a Collections Consultant. We are a group of forward-thinking and driven individuals. Consultants in this role get to:

Be the Point of Contact: Responsible to Manage inbound and outbound calls to recover from applicable/assigned accounts/costumer.
Define Sutherland Reputation: Delivering an experience to every customer, meeting Oportun’s service standards.
Consistently Deliver: Achieve all agreed KPI’s.
Keep Management Informed: Work pro-actively to ensure potential issues are escalated appropriately.

Qualifications:

• Experience working in finances related field is a plus
  
• Experience working in collections is a plus
