Inviting applications for the role of Associate, CPG Ana
We are looking for an Associate who will work with experienced analysts and team leaders to deliver strategic reports & presentations to CPG clients. These deliverables comprise key information about clients’ performance, competitor’s analysis, new launch performance, promotional analysis, pricing study, etc. that gives a big competitive advantage to our clients, in taking critical business decisions.

Responsibilities
• Responsible for delivering IRI - reports which is based on the POS (*Point Of Sale) data, ensuring the client-defined standards on data quality & aesthetics
• Build topline reports using advanced Excel capabilities ensuring client standards and timelines
• Use Advanced Excel capabilities like pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas, and graphing to streamline reporting
• Engage the client with value addition activities that can bring forth customer satisfaction and simplify the process
• Active participation in the internal project and any problem-solving discussions
• Effective communication skills and active interactions with GOC management and Clients
• Disseminating knowledge within the team and entire group
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications/skills
• Any Graduate, MBA, Marketing / Market Research Knowledge (* for non-MBAs)
• Technical Skills - Advance Excel & VBA
• Non-Linguist
• Relevant work experience
Preferred qualifications/skills
• Good Interpersonal Skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent MS Office skills and VBA (optional)
• Good Written and Verbal Communication
• Good quantitative and analytical aptitude
