Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President , Sales & Commercial - XaaS

This role involves leading global SMB academy and running and scaling it.

Responsibilities

  • Build deep, differentiated capabilities in the training related to sales and service for SMBs in the digital world – developing insights, best practices, technology solutions, integrated analytics offerings, focused on building the SMB academy.
  • Develop a go-to-market plan for the SMB academy, build partnerships and help develop content and execute on it to scale globally
  • Work closely with the cross-functional team and the broad relevant ecosystem within the organization
  • Participate in client discussions and demonstrate Customer Business Planning, Innovation, Sales & Operations Planning knowledge, capabilities, and credentials
  • Connect and influence CRO/Sale and service head/Procurement / Training heads and around emerging innovative ideas and solutions regarding training
  • Ability to discuss with Genpact Sales / Client Partners and Operating Leaders and identify proactive opportunities
  • Provide insights on client’s business and financial performance and drive business strategies within operating teams to add value to the client
  • Design and develop industry-leading SMB Ads Academy
  • Be the primary point of contact for assigned pursuits to work with the sales team for developing strategies, collateral and solutions that meet the business and training needs of clients
  • Work with Sales, and run discussions with the sales organization, and convert deals
  • Develop a point of view and proposals for training by understanding specific client needs
  • Manage partnerships with training partners. Ensure the capabilities match and complement our solutions

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum qualifications/skills

  • Experience in developing and managing sales and service organization training
  • Relevant experience in working in digital Ad sales, digital media sales, marketing, or advertising organization
  • Understanding of digital ads ecosystem, platforms and products and tools
  • Ability to create, develop and enhance training capability and take to market
  • Ability to run discussions with learning organizations, and develop partnerships
  • Understanding of Learning Operating Models and the key trends for learning and as applicable within digital ad sales operations
  • Good knowledge of current Digital solutions within the sales and marketing function
  • Exposure to data, analytics, and insights within the function
  • Ability to work in a matrixed environment
  • Must be willing to travel as needed

  • A university degree and demonstrated ability to learn and adapt
