Main purpose of job:
It encompasses the global design and implementation of processes, outsourcing services, Hub Service Delivery, technologies like Oracle Transport Management, Track and Trace, EPOD or Pega as well as Analytics solutions in the Cost to Serve space. The role takes care of deploying iOps designs for Transportation in the NAMET and AFRICA region as well as owning some elements of the Global Design, the ones related to DT Markets.
Key accountabilities:
Markets and Teams
Work together with another two SMEs in the Order Management and Collect space to deliver a holistic Deliver and Collect deployment of iOps process and technologies in the region
Work with 3PSP and Unilever teams in the region to implement and deploy iOps Designs (Process, Technology and Organization).
Make sure benefits are correctly planned for
Process Design
Own the Transportation elements of our iOps Global design and connect with other sections of Deliver and Collect (e.g. Order Management or Claims Management) to deliver an integrated design and a seamless user and customer experience

Track and Trace
EPOD
Pega for Logistics
Organizational Enablers
Consolidation of operations service centers, internal or outsourced when that is the chosen direction

Performance:
Transportation KPIs, definition and support to Performance Management
Common Responsibilities:
Ensures all Developments in Logistics are within the Global framework
Drive continuous improvements in the Europe Tower and Market
Act as liaison between Business Operations and IT teams to build and deploy automated solutions.
Drive Global Logistics Projects workshops
Gathering of Business Requirements and Preparation of the BRD (Business Requirement Document)
Identify the feasible and robust solution for the business requirements.
Review and sign off on Functional Design document
Coordinate/ Support Operations teams during UAT
Ensure that Technical Solution is landed is fitting to the purpose.
Support the Business Operations during Post Go Live
Change Management with Control Tower and Local Markets.
Track savings proposed in BC
Experience and qualifications required:
Fully operational on modern Transport Management processes and operations, at least 3 years, minimum experience in one geography, best if in several geographies or at a Service Centre operating multiple countries
Detailed understanding of Cost to Serve models and Logistic KPIs
Experience in designing, simplifying, automating processes
Excellent with Technology, Automation and Analytics
Team leadership experience
Good if exposed to e-commerce go to market set ups
