Roles and Responsibilities
Establishing productive and professional relationships with channel partners and driving sales through them.
Responsible for Vendor development, Vendor management and driving sales through them.
Involved in strategizing and promoting several BTL activities to make the product reach out to the masses.
Coordinating the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners- expectations.
Meeting assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives.
Proactively leading a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
Proactively assessing, clarifying and validating partner needs on an ongoing basis.
Manages potential channel conflict by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.
Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum graduate
- Data/MS Excel knowledge required
- Age upto 35 years max
- Must Have own 2 wheeler & license
- Must have team handling knowledge in direct sales (Subscription based or broadband sales preferred)
- Location Kolkata
- Experience- Minimum 5 to 10 Years in similar field
