Roles and Responsibilities

• • Ensure functional infrastructure and availability of Manpower i.e., 24 hrs Duty roster check prepared by the heads of respective departments, new manpower requirements.
  • Daily meeting with all the admitted patients and solving of all the queries
  • Briefing of the patients on their rights and responsibilities
  • Daily following up with nursing in charges of any problems regarding Pharmacy / Diagnostics / other services.
  • Reporting to the immediate superior every 3 hourly of the status of wards.
  • Daily ensuring dispatch of completed files of the patients discharged to MRD.
  • Ensuring smooth functioning of the IPD areas with maintaining all the TATs as mentioned in the processes.
  • Coordinating with the billing department and resolving any issues of Inpatients regarding their bills.
  • Ensuring that patients and attendants are aware of the medical status as well as the bill status of the patients.
  • Following up with consultants regarding the discharges of the patients and improve on the discharge times of the patients.
  • Responsible for the correctness of the patient medical records and discharge summaries.
  • Responsible for maintaining all the policies and procedures of NABH and dashboards.
  • To ensure functional status of infrastructure in the designated area in coordination with other departments.
  • To ensure upkeep of the area as per the defined standards of the institution.
  • To ensure excellent delivery of the patient care as per defined standards and objectives.
  • To benchmark services of the designated area to the best of the institution around and achieve the standards in a specified time period.
  • To ensure the display of promotional literature at appropriate places in coordination with other departments like marketing etc.
  • To ensure optimum excellence in service, client satisfaction and planned profitability
  • Develop and encourage new ideas of innovations for competitiveness.

Desired Candidate Profile

MBBS/BAMS/BDS

Experience : MBBS(0-3), BDS/BAMS(2-6)

Strong Communication skills are mandatory
