The Sales Services Associate is responsible and accountable for handling the transactional flow of end-to-end trade activities.
Key Accountabilities
• Establish relationships with Clients, Sales and Customers
• Develop pre and post event analysis of the Trade promotion activities and determine where profit can be increased, what can be improved and what should be changed
• Confer with staff to discuss issues, co-ordinate activities or problem tackle
• Take corrective action to tackle organizational problems
• Directly attribute leads, pipeline and revenue to measure the ROI of the events, communicating to the rest of the team and company
• Responsible to maintain overall deductions balance targets given by the Organization
• Ensuring meeting all required activities in a timely and compliant manner
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
• MBA/CA/ICWA/ or any relevant qualification
• Good understanding in TPM
• Analytical, Problem Solving, Excel, Good Communication, able to work individually
• Excellent Communication Skills (verbal and written)
Preferred qualifications
• Understanding of Deductions management
• Accounting skills including Budgeting, Forecasting and Reconciliations
• TPM knowledge to validate claims
• SAP Knowledge
