Bajaj Capital is conducting a recruitment drive for the position of AM / Sr. Executive Talent Acquisition.

Job description:-

Job Purpose - The purpose of the role is to source and screen basis the hiring requirement from the key stakeholders and maintain compliance and database of the candidates at Bajaj Capital.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and screening of the candidate
  • The role incumbent must gain clarity on the requirement of the role from the reporting manager and the zonal managers/regional heads
  • The role holder is expected to work on positions pertaining to sales.
  • Ensure job postings are done via Naukri portal, LinkedIn and Shine.com basis all the requirements received
  • Post mass mailing through Naukri for the given open positions
  • Conduct SMS blast for the walk in drives and screen the relevant profiles for the next round
  • Ensure head hunting is done for the profiles from the competitors in the industry
  • Hiring fresh graduates through apprenticeship program once in a quarter.
  • Screening of the candidates for assessing their skills, education and relevant experience for the profile.
  • The process would require to assess the previous job role and achievement and fitment to the current role
  • Checking the availability of the candidate for the next round of interview with the branch manager/Unit manager
  • Sharing the shortlisted profile and coordinating for the branch round, zonal/regional round and final round with the sales head
  • Salary negotiations with the finalized candidate basis the budget allotted and approval of the sales head
  • Roll out of the offer letter and finalization of the joining date and forward the same to the regional HR
  • Ensure an active interaction with candidates till the joining day and addressing queries of the new joiner
  • Ensuring compliance and database management of candidates
  • Check the candidate profile as per compliance process of the organization i.e. aadhar card, IRDA license etc.
  • Update and maintain resume database regularly for future requirements.

Note - Candidate should have relevant work exp into BFSI or NBFC hiring of Sales candidates. Should posses good negotiation & convincing skills with good communication .
