Responsibilities

  • Able to perform code review and code optimization

  • Taking initiative to identify what the business should be supervising and evaluating

  • Can build Technical Design document

  • Ensuring that the team is following standard methodologies when architecting, programming or detailing solutions.

  • Ensure the timely delivery of improvements or modifications to ongoing production CRM systems.

  • Handling the team with individual contributors.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Good interpersonal skills

  • B.Tech./ MTech. / MBA

  • Robust analytics experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a creative, Agile environment and lead multiple task assignments

  • Problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment

  • Salesforce admin, dev certifications

  • Knowledge of Design & implementing APIs and web-based interfaces utilizing Apex code, Web Services, etc.

  • Knowledge of LWC

  • Experience building custom lightning component
