The Process Analyst will be work directly with business stakeholders to understand business needs, create detailed requirements documentation and co-ordinate the development, testing and go-live with IT team. Through working on Salesforce Platform, the Process Analyst shall become an expert in educating the end user about product capabilities, identify gaps in the processes, and propose solutions to mitigate those gaps. He/she shall also develop skills in Project management/Software testing and Agile development.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand the business processes at a detailed level
- Identify business process improvements and opportunities for automation
- Participate in business process redesign, roadmap planning, and identifying touchpoints in multi-cloud implementations
- Document work using flow charts, written descriptions, screenshots, and videos
- Participate in discussions with IT including development and support teams
- Attend daily stand-ups, story-pointing meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure progress on requests and removal of blockers
- Participate in the UAT and Go-Live process, including test planning, development of test scripts, testing logistics, test execution, and status reporting.
- Respond to process and product-related questions/feedback from end-users
- Conduct product training for the end-user
- Developing relationships by building trust, rapport, and positive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and team members
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications/Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business or a related field
- Certified in Business Analysis/Project Management
- Experience in enterprise software as an analyst/process lead
- Demonstrated capability to understand business strategies and application objectives, and translate those requirements into effective process designs
- Excellent written and communication skills, with the ability to clearly document requirements and process assets using text and diagrams
- Knowledge of Salesforce Platform, hands-on experience of Sales Cloud
- Knowledge of design thinking processes and tools
- Experience working with Scrum teams and Agile Methodology
