Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager/Manager, Contract Management!
In this role, you will support Contracts Repository Management and Reporting for Genpact Client across all Geographical Regions.
Responsibilities
• Create and maintain Contract templates
• Coordinate with all user groups to make necessary changes relating to contracts in the Contracts Management tool
• Initiate and coordinate with the user and for contract authoring.
• Upload contract details and contract scanned copies on the contract management tool.
• Monitor approval workflow process and expedite if necessary
• Prepare document pack for vendor and coordinate the signature process
• Coordinate with the Legal team for any redlining.
• Monitor vendor sign-off and archive signed documents.
• Design, compile and produce accurate reports according to customer requirements for each department.
• Monitor and flag contract expiration.
• Publish Periodical reports on Contracts Status
• Support initiative to improve spend under Contracts
• Publish dashboard regularly

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
• Degree in Science / Commerce
• Experience in a Contracts Management role in Manufacturing / BPO industries
Preferred qualifications
• Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Intermediate Knowledge of MS Office applications like Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Intermediate Knowledge of Contracts Creation and Authoring
• Moderate Knowledge of various types of Contract Agreements
• Proficiency in Reporting
• Exposure to CLM Tools like Ariba / I-Asta / Emptoris
• Exposure to Contract Negotiation / Understanding of important Contractual Terms & Conditions
• Experience in ERPs and Sourcing Processes
