Operational

1. Maintaining Lab wise TAT as per defined operating Procedure (SOP) and addressing client in this regards.
2. Coordination for internal and external quality assurance specimen/ samples.
3. Addressing on daily pending reports and intimating client in this regards
4. New test addition as per guidelines
5. Ensuring hygiene and cleanliness and over all lab safety maintenance and medical waste management
6. Timely execution of activities and complaint management
7. All core operational activity, look at situations from several points of view and problem solving approach with maintaining protocol
8. Daily MIS maintaining and sharing information and update to reporting manager. Weekly review with peer and reporting manager
9. Inventory management within budget and without expiry of items. Ensuring availability of stock all around
10. Adhering with budget for all other cost
11. Managing legal entities of centers
12. On job training and coaching for new centers and employee
13. Active in Reward and Recognition
14. Employee engagement and retention
15. Delegation of responsibility
16. Be in touch with vendor

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum Qualifications : Life sciences/Graduate/Post Graduate/BSC/DMLT,MLT with relevant experience knowledge of computers and excel(Added advantage)
• Experience: 4 -10 years experience inside a laboratory and 1-2 years administrative work experience.
• Language : Good Communication Skills in English, Hindi and Telugu.
• Behavioural Skills : Lead by example & Self-motivated •Progressive attitude• People management and coordination •Punctual
