Our ability to engage with the digital market in a scalable manner must improve for which we need “T-shaped” individuals (depth in one domain + understanding of others) who can interoperate in increasingly cross-disciplinary work. “I-shaped” ones aren’t sufficient. The Genome program helps our people collectively harness the knowledge they need in an increasingly digital world and learn in the flow of work. Instead of a standard massive open online course (MOOC) and external provider approach, much of those resources come from the curation of the knowledge of internal experts. Masters and gurus work in collaborative environments, supported by an L&D shared service and with the help of experts who are interested in becoming gurus, who will help crystallize and curate new knowledge.

We are looking for someone Responsible for preparing high-quality Genpact focused learning and research deliverables. Scope finalization with Master Guru’s of the aligned skill to provide insightful research output which will be leveraged as training material by learners pan Genpact. This will include expert level research and training content which will be leveraged by Sr. Leadership within the company to beginner level overview content for employees learning.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with Master Guru’s, Guru’s to understand learning needs, basis content Gap create/ curate learning material for various competencies
  • Secondary research (analyst reports, databases, google research, etc. Sift through and collate relevant information as per the business request
  • Primary Research/ Interviewing Genpact VP+ population and External experts: Interview senior G leaders to get inputs/ information that at times is not obvious (not a Q&A mode)
  • Analyze: Ability to drive a story-line by bring in supporting analyses and synthesis; Analyze data-sets from various sources to cull out relevant business insights which for insights to the learning curriculum
  • Deliverable writing/ Power-point decks/ Video’s / Learning Modules: Well structured, story-line, MECE, top-down content is needed to be created. This will vary in complexity basis the proficiency asks from the business team.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualification

  • MBA; Prior experience in research and content writing, 2-5 years of work experience;

Competence

  • Strong research and analytical skills: ability to analyze data sets (Internal, external data-sets) and reports (analyst reports, google research)
  • Primary research/ interviewing skills: Should have exposure to interviewing senior executives to get inputs/information that’s not-so-obvious
  • Create power-point decks – good story-boarding and top-down MECE presentations (CXO level facing)
  • Project Management skills – work on Initiatives and ability to handle small assignments independently
  • Strong communication skills
  • Comfort with ambiguity – We always have some unknowns to work with. Ability to make reasonable assumptions, ask questions, learn fast, and be comfortable with ambiguity is important
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills – This role requires primarily working with senior folks (VPs, SVPs) to seek inputs and as an end-customer in a team environment
