Inviting applications for the role of AM, Data Science Lead!
In this role, you will lead large, collaborative teams to deliver data science projects that enable our clients to reach their organizational goals and drive strategic value.
You will provide thought leadership to contribute to clients’ efforts to grow and increase their analytics maturity and adoption.

Responsibilities
• Navigate large clients to drive organizational and individual transformation through novelty data science solutions.
• Build the skills of data science teams to deliver value, with collaboration and innovation at the core of their operations.
• Contribute to thought leadership activities to support both Genpact and client visions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define vision and strategy. Support and influence stakeholders in their analytics transformation and change management journeys.
• Lead advanced analytics initiatives in healthcare to deliver innovative solutions - from business discovery, through the development cycle, to asset activation/operationalization.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Physics or such quantitative fields.
• Strong knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices in AI/ML.
• Extensive experience in data transformation initiatives, predictive modeling, machine learning applications, architecture, and software development - preferably in the healthcare provider domain.
• Expert knowledge of R, Python, SQL, and Cloud Technologies.
• Ability to steward end-to-end data science projects.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate others and lead cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred qualifications
• Ph.D. in the relevant domain.
